Life, though, has had its challenges, being diagnosed with cancer 7years ago was a life-changing moment that opened my eyes to so much. The events that followed left me unable to process it all until recently. This journey showed me the importance of healing, not just for myself but for others too. That’s when I realised my calling to help and empower those around me.

Life hasn't been all sunshine & rainbows. I've gone through multiple operations as a child for endometriosis, domestic violence, emotional abuse, betrayal, and sustained life-changing injuries from a severe accident, but I'm telling you this because I want you to know I there is ALWAYS light at the end of the tunnel & it shapes us into who we are today!
