Cancellation Policy
Welcome, visionary creator! We’re thrilled to provide a space where your ideas can flourish and your magic can come to life. To keep our studio a place of inspiration and joy for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: 1. Handle with Care 🌟 This studio is your creative playground, but please treat it with the love and care it deserves. Should anything be damaged during your session, the responsibility for repairs or replacement will fall to you. Handle equipment, props, and furniture gently, and they’ll help you shine in return. 2. Leave It Lovely 🧹 Your time in the studio is all about freedom and flow—move the furniture, reposition props, and let your imagination roam! We absolutely love seeing the creative ideas and setups our creators come up with, and we’re excited to see how you bring the fully customisable space to life. When you’re done, you don’t need to put everything back exactly as it was but do leave the space neat and tidy for the next dreamer. If things get messy beyond the norm, a cleaning fee may be charged to restore the magic. 3. Honoring Your Commitment ✨ Once you’ve booked your time, you’re making a commitment to yourself and your creative journey. We ask that you honour this time, as it’s been set aside just for you. No cancellations or refunds are offered. 4. Time Is Golden ⏳ Your booking is like a perfectly timed spell—it includes set-up and pack-down, so please be mindful of your allotted time. Running over might disrupt the next creator’s magic and may result in extra charges. 5. Your Journey, Your Responsibility 🌟 While we provide a carefully designed space, the studio isn’t responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or accidents during your session. Please create with awareness and care as you bring your vision to life! 6. Creative Magic with Bea ✨ When Bea adds her creative touch, she'll capture phone images and videos to guide your content. For professional camera shots, the full package (Empowerment 4.5hrs) has you covered. This way, you get expert direction and content that’s truly yours! 7.
